Erin L. Gardner Gaye, Esq.
Erin provides clear, compassionate family law guidance to help clients navigate life’s transitions and move forward with confidence. With almost twenty years of experience in family law, Erin earned a B.S. from the University of Colorado at Denver and her J.D. from the University of Denver. Erin began her legal career in legal aid and had her solo practice in Colorado before moving to the D.C. area in 2018, where she worked for the Board of Veterans’ Appeals for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C. and as a Guardian ad Litem for Children’s Law Center.
Licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C., Erin works closely with clients during some of the most personal and uncertain moments of their lives, offering clear guidance, thoughtful counsel, and steady support throughout the process. Erin believes firmly in being both an empathetic and zealous advocate for her clients. Able to rely on her depth of experience and knowledge, Erin approaches every case with care, respect, and a focus on practical solutions that help clients move forward with confidence and a solid foundation for the future.
